Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Man's Chest is on tv tonight and while I have the DVD and could watch it instead of this version I've been sucked into watching it again this has just reminded me of all the problems i've had with action figures for the last year. My new boxes of files won't get here till Monday afternoon... till then i'm killing time playing on the internet and planning my next weeks schedule. The only time I have off over Christmas is half day for Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, the 29th (Public Service holiday) and New Years Day. So the good part of working at Hurstville is that I have two 20-50 minute bus rides and two 10-30 minute train rides plus a half hour lunch break in an office that’s too far from the shops to go anywhere. Well i have to write about the last two shows I saw in London (well till I come back) and my day yesterday. I declared yesterday Geek Day and went to the Doctor Who exhibition, the Royal Observatory, Canary Wharf and 221B Baker St to see the Holmes museum. So CBS have done a with Hallmark to release cards and ornaments based on all their hit shows. The biggest one of which is of course CSI. So i really can't wait to see what cards Hallmark come up with.
